Jesse Swenson has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on management and analysis. From 2020 to the present, Swenson has served as the Human Resources Director at the City of Eagan. Prior to this role, Swenson held the position of Human Resources Manager at the same company from 2020 to 2022.
Before joining the City of Eagan, Swenson worked at the City of Richfield as an HR Manager from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this position, Swenson served as an Assistant HR Manager from 2010 to 2020.

Jesse completed their graduate studies and obtained their Master's degree in Public Administration in 2007.
