Mark Vaughan

Mark Vaughan has extensive experience in facility management and recreation services, currently serving as the Superintendent of Facilities for the City of Eagan since August 1995, overseeing the Civic Arena and Waterpark. Additionally, Mark has operated Arena Concepts since July 2001, providing business analysis for recreation facilities. Mark's previous roles include serving as a City Council Member in Hastings, MN from January 2015 to December 2022, and operating indoor arenas and outdoor athletic complexes in various capacities, including Arena Operator in Northfield and Arena Supervisor in Hastings. Mark holds an Associate degree in Recreational Facilities from MN State College Southeast and has engaged in practical training through an internship at the Rosemount Community Center.
