Sarah Johnson

Sarah Johnson is a seasoned professional in Human Resources and hospitality management with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Eagan since August 2019, Sarah previously held the role of Director of H.R., Training & Development at Superior Concepts, Inc. from April 2014 to August 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Service Manager at Chianti Grill-Burnsville, MN for nearly eight years, where oversight of front house staff and guest experience management were key responsibilities. Sarah's career began with an internship at Interlachen Country Club in 2005. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, earned in 2005.
