Jose Rico is a dedicated public servant and experienced property manager with a diverse professional background. Experience as a Pharmaceutical Members Services Representative at Alorica includes managing inquiries related to pharmaceuticals and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure patient care continuity. Past roles encompass positions in production assembly, customer service, and laboratory technology. Rico holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear, Plasma, and Radiological Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in 2012.
