Mark Rothert

Mark Rothert currently serves as City Administrator for the City of East Moline, overseeing daily operations and advising the Mayor and City Council. With extensive experience in municipal management, Rothert has held various leadership roles including City Manager for the City of Pekin and Assistant County Administrator for Peoria County Government. Rothert’s background includes providing strategic policy recommendations, managing significant budgets, and leading organizational development efforts across multiple local government entities. Rothert holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Western Illinois University.
