Jessica Patneaude

Jessica Patneaude currently serves in the City Transit department for the City of Eau Claire, starting in November 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica was an Advocacy Operational Process Senior Analyst at Zendesk from August 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included process analysis and improvement. Previous experience includes positions at Radial Inc. spanning over a decade, where Jessica worked as a Business Analyst focusing on training related to Six Sigma methodologies, and as a Senior Insight Analyst, analyzing data for process improvement. Earlier roles at GSI Commerce involved training new employees and handling customer inquiries. Jessica began a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Stout in January 2024, building on an earlier Associate degree in Counseling from Chippewa Valley Technical College.
