Leah Ness

Leah Ness has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as the Director of Engineering for the City of Eau Claire since September 2013, where previous roles included Deputy City Engineer and Traffic Engineer. Prior to this position, Leah Ness worked at Ayres Associates from June 2003 to September 2013 as a Traffic Engineer, focusing on data analysis and various engineering tasks using advanced computer programs for traffic evaluation, including traffic impact analyses and Transportation Management Plans (TMPs). Leah Ness holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, attained between 2000 and 2003, and completed pre-engineering studies at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1998 to 2000.
