Bianca Monique Dawkins

Bianca Monique Dawkins serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Senior Manager for the Minnesota Timberwolves since November 2021, holding various roles including Senior Coordinator and Co-Chair of the Black Elevation Alliance. Concurrently, Bianca is a Board Member of the V3 Foundation, a Community Advisory Board Member for the Hennepin County Sheriff, and a Human Rights and Relations Commissioner for the City of Edina. With a commitment to youth empowerment, Bianca contributes as a Change Fellow and Policy and Outreach Community Builder for Youthprise and is an active member of the Global Shapers Community. Previous experience includes advisory roles at Minnesota Public Radio and the Minneapolis Foundation, as well as a Service Experience Manager at Nordstrom. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Minneapolis College and has an extensive background in community engagement and social responsibility.
