Joel Sutter

Joel Sutter currently serves as a Building Engineer for the City of Edina since March 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Lieutenant at the Veterans Administration from June 2015 to November 2021 and as a Police Officer from December 2004 to April 2014, focusing on crime prevention and maintaining public order. Joel has also served in the US Navy from July 1999 to April 2004 in aviation ordnance, handling the inspection and maintenance of aircraft armament systems. Education includes multiple associate degrees in Business Administration, Management and Operations, and Technology from Dakota County Technical College and Pierce College, with ongoing studies at Dakota County Technical College.
