Randy Entz has a comprehensive background in city planning and development services. With experience working in various roles at different governmental organizations, Randy has solid expertise in urban planning, zoning, transportation planning, and data services. Randy's educational background includes a Master's degree in Planning and Landscape Architecture from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Oklahoma State University. Currently serving as the Assistant City Manager - Development Services and Director of Planning and Zoning at the City of Edmond, Randy has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field.
