Kelsea Zalaski

Kelsea Zalaski is a Change Management Specialist at the City of Edmonton, with a diverse background in program management, strategic accounts, and consulting. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for YWCA Edmonton, Kelsea previously held roles at BBE Supply Chain Co. as Program Manager and at Edmonton Unlimited as a Start-up Coach. Kelsea's earlier experience includes significant positions at Walnut Insurance and AltaML, where responsibilities ranged from strategic account management to leading AI Lab initiatives. Formerly a Senior Consultant at EY in the People Advisory Services, Kelsea also contributed as a marking team member at the University of Alberta. Kelsea's educational qualifications include an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, along with a stint at KEDGE Business School.
