Rhonda Easter

Rhonda Easter is an experienced professional currently serving as A/Director of Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing for The City of El Paso, Texas since July 2022. Previously, Rhonda held the position of Alumni Regional Director-West at Wounded Warrior Project from February 2020 to August 2021. A notable career includes over nine years with the US Army, where roles spanned from Deputy Director of Special Programs and Operations to Senior Program Manager. Rhonda's contributions included operational support for over 47,000 Army Logistic and Acquisition Soldiers, development of the Operational Excellence Program, and management of global supply chain functions. An accomplished educator, Rhonda holds an MBA in Business Analytics from Jack Welch Management Institute and a BBA in Project Management from Capella University.
