Rachel Pelc

Rachel Pelc is a dedicated recreation professional with extensive experience in youth and community programming. Currently serving as a Recreation Supervisor for Youth and Teen at the City of Elgin, IL since November 2019, Rachel previously held similar supervisory roles focused on active adults and seniors at Park Ridge Recreation and Park District, and general recreation at Salt Creek Rural Park District. Early career endeavors included leadership in summer camps, preschool assistance, and program coordination internships, showcasing a strong foundation in educational and recreational settings. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from George Williams College and an Associate of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Elgin Community College.
