Scott M. Levin

Scott M. Levin currently serves as the Mayor of the City of Elmhurst since May 2021, following an extensive career in law and public service. With a legal background as an Attorney at Law/Partner at Howard & Howard since November 2009, Scott has experience in handling litigation and transactions across multiple states. Previous roles include Alderman and Acting Mayor of Elmhurst, Chairman and Director of the Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and various attorney positions at law firms including Defrees & Fiske and Levin McParland Phillips & Leydig. Scott's educational qualifications include a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law, an LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, and a MA in Public Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by a BS in Business Administration from Gies College of Business.
