Cindy Montero has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Cindy started their career in 1995 at the Golden Rain Foundation in Rossmoor Retirement Community. After working there for five years, they moved on to the City of Benicia in 2000, where they held the role of Recreation Supervisor for seven years. In 2007, they joined the City of Emeryville, initially serving as the Recreation Manager before being promoted to Community Service Director in 2012.
