Michael Guina

Michael Guina currently serves as the City Attorney for the City of Emeryville, a position held since July 2013, having previously been the Assistant City Attorney there from February 2003 to April 2012. In addition, Michael Guina worked as a Partner at Burke, Williams & Sorensen from May 2012 to July 2013, where duties included serving as Assistant City Attorney for the Cities of St. Helena and Pacifica. Michael Guina holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
