Kellie Hinze

Kellie Hinze serves as a City Council Member and Deputy Mayor for The City of Encinitas since January 2019, demonstrating leadership in local governance. Previously, Kellie held the positions of Executive Director and Assistant Director at the Leucadia 101 Main Street Association from January 2014 to January 2019, contributing to community development efforts. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International/Global Studies and a Master of Education in Teacher Education from UC Santa Barbara, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Kellie is also pursuing further education at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
