Lois Yum

Lois Yum has extensive experience in municipal management and public information dissemination, currently serving as the Assistant to the City Manager and Public Information Officer for the City of Encinitas since May 2017. Prior roles within the City of Encinitas include Senior Management Analyst in both the City Manager's Office and Engineering Department, as well as Management Analyst positions in the Fire and Marine Safety Department and City Manager's Office. Before joining the City of Encinitas, Lois Yum worked as an Associate Management Analyst in the Public Utilities Department of the City of San Diego from March 2014 to May 2017. Lois Yum holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies and Planning from UC San Diego, completed in 2013.
