Chuck Nelson

Chuck Nelson is an experienced pastor and civic leader currently serving as the Pastor at St. Paul's Church in Erie since January 2023, where Chuck has focused on merging a historic congregation with a church Chuck planted in 2011. In addition to pastoral duties, Chuck holds the position of Preaching Elder at The Cross-Erie, addressing the needs of an impoverished community. Chuck also serves as the President of Erie City Council since January 2022 and carries an academic role as an Adjunct Professor at Erie County Community College. Chuck's educational background includes a Doctor of Ministry in Missional Leadership from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and a Master of Divinity from Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary, supplemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Religion from Lindenwood University.
