Jolene Cullen

Jolene Cullen has extensive experience in the fields of behavioral health and criminal justice. Currently serving as a House Arrest Officer in the Behavioral Health Court for Douglas County, Kansas since July 2017, Jolene also holds positions as an Adjunct Faculty member at Highland Community College and an Adjunct Instructor at MidAmerica Nazarene University. Additionally, Jolene is an Independent Travel Agent with Magical Adventures Travel Inc, focusing on planning getaways. Serving as a City Commissioner for the City of Eudora since 2013, Jolene previously held roles as a House Arrest Officer for the Johnson County Department of Corrections and as a Foster Care Coordinator at Hillcrest Family Services. Educationally, Jolene obtained a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice from Missouri State University.
