Elizabeth Butterfield

Elizabeth Butterfield is a seasoned budget analyst with extensive experience in public administration, currently serving as a Senior Budget Analyst for the City of Eugene since November 2019. Previously held positions include Capital Budget Analyst for the City of Alexandria, Virginia, and Senior Management Analyst for the City of Springfield, Oregon. Elizabeth's expertise includes preparing annual operating budgets and implementing program-based budgeting aligned with City Council outcomes.
