Lorna Flormoe

Lorna Flormoe has over two decades of experience in urban planning, community engagement, and equity initiatives, currently serving as Equity & Access Planner at the City of Eugene since 2001, with roles encompassing neighborhood planning and management analysis in fair housing. Previous positions include Adjunct Instructor at the University of Oregon, where Lorna taught Inclusive Public Participation, and Program Manager/Community Organizer at Boulder Housing Partners. Earlier career highlights involve project direction at North Lake County Health Center, education specialization at the City of Boulder, and grant coordination at Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica. Lorna holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon, along with dual Bachelor's degrees in Planning, Public Policy & Management, and International Studies, complemented by a minor in Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon.
