Stuart Warren

Stuart Warren is an Associate Planner at the City of Eugene since July 2023, bringing valuable experience from a role as Project Manager at the University of Oregon, where a community wildfire protection plan was developed with a student team. Prior experience includes serving as a Planning Research Intern at Lane County Government, focusing on climate land use policy, and owning a small business, Stuart Warren Fly Fishing, from September 2009 to September 2021. Stuart Warren holds a Master of Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon and a degree in Geology with Environmental Studies from the University of Puget Sound.
