Jorge Gamboa

Jorge Gamboa is an experienced urban planner with a diverse background in land use and city planning. Currently serving as an Associate Planner for the City of Pasadena since August 2025, Jorge has previously held positions as an Associate Planner at Michael Baker International and as a Land Use Planner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. Jorge's career began as a City Planner with the City of Gardena from October 2016 to June 2020, followed by a role as a Research Assistant at CURes LMU. Jorge holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Urban Studies/Affairs and Sociology from Loyola Marymount University.
