Perry Bynum

After serving on the Euless City Council from 2007 to 2018, Perry Bynum has returned to the City Council as Place 4 Council Member.

Previously, Perry has been a member of the Euless Planning and Zoning Commission, the Zoning Board of Adjustment, the Euless Crime Control and Prevention District Board and the Euless Citizens Corps Council. He has also served as the Commissioner for the Euless Athletic Association, as well as the President of the Trinity High School Baseball Booster Club.

Perry is a retired Fire Chief, Emergency Management Coordinator and Emergency Medical Services Coordinator for the City of Haltom City.
