Mark Uhrin

Mark Uhrin has an extensive work experience in various roles. Mark started as a Senior Manager at Dow Jones Telerate in 1990, where they managed a software development group. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as a VP IT at AEGON USA Realty Advisors, involved in strategic planning and implementation of new technology. In 2003, they became a Division Administrator for the State of Iowa - Dept of Administrative Services, responsible for application development and enterprise services. In 2010, they briefly served as the CIO for the State of Iowa, Iowa Workforce Development. From 2012 to 2013, they were an Adjunct Instructor at ITT Technical Institute, providing quality instruction in programming. In 2013, they worked as a Technical Project Manager at ACT and a Project Management Consultant at QPS Employment Group. Since 2014, they have been serving as the Chief Information Officer for the City of Evansville & Vanderburgh County.

Mark Uhrin earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1970 to 1974. Mark later pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the same institute, completing their studies from 1978 to 1981.
