Cal Bearman

Cal Bearman is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as an Associate Engineer with the City of Everett, WA, since July 2023. Prior to this role, Cal held various positions including Professional Engineer II at J.S. Held LLC from October 2020 to July 2023, and Associate III - P.E. at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. from June 2012 to July 2020, where innovative solutions for structural assessments were developed for a leading industrial real estate company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. Cal has also gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington and worked in several engineering roles, including internships and co-op positions, focusing on structural design and analysis.
