Colby Droullard

Colby Droullard is a seasoned professional in law enforcement and human services, currently serving as a Police Detective and previously as a Patrol Officer with the City of Everett, WA since October 2017. Prior to this role, Colby held various positions including Staffing Manager at OfficeTeam, Program Supervisor and Case Manager at Pioneer Human Services, and a Research Assistant at both Behavioral Research and Therapy Clinics (BRTC) and the Institute for Learning and Brain Sciences (I-LABS). Colby's work history also includes roles as a Barista at Starbucks and a Team Lead at Target. Colby completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts and Sciences with a focus on Psychology from Everett Community College.
