Michael Duerr has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Michael began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Las Virgenes Municipal Water District in 2004. From there, they worked as a Human Resources Technician at the City of Oxnard from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, Duerr joined the City of Everett, WA and held various positions including Human Resources Analyst, Employee/Labor Relations Coordinator, Labor Relations Program Manager, Human Resources Manager, and currently serves as the Assistant Human Resources Director.
Michael Duerr's education history starts with their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, which they obtained from UC Santa Barbara. Michael attended UC Santa Barbara from the year 2000 to 2004.
