Kristi Short

Kristi Short is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at the Christian Appalachian Project since May 2022. Previously, Kristi held the position of Court Designated Specialist at the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts from March 2018 to April 2022, and worked as an Employment Specialist/Counselor for the Commonwealth of Kentucky from January 2009 to June 2012. Additionally, Kristi served as Vice President of the Garrard County Chamber of Commerce from January 2009 to January 2011, and was the Human Resources Coordinator at the Christian Health Center of Lexington from 1997 to 2002. Academically, Kristi holds a Master of Science from the University of the Cumberlands and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Eastern Kentucky University, along with a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands.
