Zerina Gace is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in affordable housing coordination, banking, and education. Currently serving as the Affordable Housing Coordinator at the City of Everett since November 2021, previous roles include Administrative Assistant and Principal Clerk. Zerina's banking experience spans positions at Bank of America as a Small Business Consultant and Relationship Manager, focusing on sales, customer service, and relationship management. Prior work at Citizens Bank as a Personal Banker involved performing teller transactions and achieving sales goals. Zerina also contributed to academia as a Lecturer at Aleksandër Moisiu University of Durrës. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Education from the University of Tirana and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Bunker Hill Community College.

Located on Boston’s north-west border, the City of Everett, MA is experiencing unprecedented new development and economic growth. As the pace of redevelopment accelerates, Everett endeavors to become a more walk-able, transit-friendly, and mixed-use community. The City is located just 4 miles to downtown Boston and 4 miles to Boston Logan International Airport. There is direct public transit access to Boston, Cambridge, Somerville and Boston's Seaport and close proximity to major transit corridors: I-90, I-93, and Route 1. With over 46,000 residents in 3.2 square miles, Everett is one of the densest and most diverse communities in the Commonwealth. Our economic strength is fueled by our diversity and major employment sectors: hospitality, education/health, finance, construction and the trades.
