Matthew Halpin is an experienced professional in both culinary arts and management. Currently serving as the Downtown Revitalization Manager for the City of Fairborn since February 2023, Matthew previously held the role of Food Safety and Brand Standards Specialist at Ecolab from May 2014 to February 2023. Additionally, Matthew was the Chef and Owner of Fressa Truck, one of Dayton's first gourmet food trucks, from July 2011 to May 2014, and worked as a Sous Chef at Ce'st Tout a Bistro from November 2010 to February 2013. Early in their career, Matthew served as a Universal Banker at U.S. Bank from December 2006 to December 2008. Matthew holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Sinclair Community College and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Religion/Religious Studies from Wright State University.
