Leslie Besl serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the REALTOR® Alliance of Greater Cincinnati since February 2022. Concurrently, Leslie has been a Fairfield City Councilwoman for the First Ward since September 2017, currently chairing the Public Relations Committee and participating on the Board of Zoning Appeals. With a licensed Realtor status since 1991, Leslie specialized in new home construction and has experience in recruiting new agents. Prior roles include Chief Staff Officer at the Butler-Warren Association of Realtors, where responsibilities encompassed management of over 750 members, budgeting, and public relations. Leslie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing from Morehead State University, obtained between 1985 and 1990.
