Jennifer Pae

Jennifer Pae, MPA is a highly experienced professional in finance and human resources management. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Human Resources Manager at the City of Fairview Park, Jennifer oversees all financial and HR activities for the city. Jennifer also runs their own consulting firm, Pae Solutions, LLC, providing budgeting, finance, and organizational assistance to local governments and strategic planning services to non-profits and private sector clients. With a strong education background in Cultural Anthropology and Economic Development, Jennifer has worked in various leadership roles in finance and has volunteered in executive positions for non-profit organizations.
