Latoya Harvey Lmsw

LaToya Harvey is the Director of DEI & Employee Development at City of Farmington Hills. LaToya also holds a position as a University Lecturer at Eastern Michigan University. Previously, LaToya served as the Chief Advancement Officer at Orchards Children's Services Inc., where LaToya managed agency-wide strategic planning, DEI efforts, and child welfare programs. Prior to that, LaToya held various roles at Child and Family Charities and Michigan Department of Health & Human Services, focusing on child welfare and family services. LaToya holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University and has a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
