Charlie Gocio

Charlie Gocio is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in project management, strategic marketing, and public relations. Currently serving as the Communications Project Manager/Social Media for the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas since 2021, Gocio previously held positions as an Account Executive at The Sells Agency (2015-2021), Communications Associate at the Clinton Foundation (2014), and Public Information Coordinator at Arkansas Tech University (2011-2013). Early career roles include Co-Sports Editor at The Saline Courier, Deputy Director of Communications for U.S. Senator Blanche Lincoln’s reelection campaign, County Reporter for The Sentinel-Record, and Staff Writer at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Charlie Gocio holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology as well as a Master of Arts in Journalism, all from the University of Arkansas and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
