Kelly Olivera

Kelly Olivera, Assistant City Manager/Budget and Evaluation Director

Olivera has worked for the City for the past eleven years. She was hired as a Financial Analyst in the Finance Department in 2011. Olivera and Broyles founded the City’s Budget and Evaluation Office in 2014.

Olivera earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. As Budget and Evaluation Office Director, Olivera will aid City Manager Doug Hewett in the development of the City’s more than $240M annual budget.
