Andre Desilet

Andre Desilet has a diverse work experience in the field of civil engineering and project management. Andre started their career in 2000 at McCranie & Associates, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for designing and permitting commercial and residential projects. From 2008 to 2017, Andre worked at Gillette & Associates, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they managed civil engineering projects and served as the lead stormwater engineer. Since 2017, Andre has been employed at the City of Fernandina Beach, initially as the Stormwater Manager and later as the Utilities Director.

Andre Desilet attended Lincoln High School in Tallahassee, Florida. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at the University of Florida, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Andre completed their undergraduate education at the University of Florida between 1996 and 2000.
