Tom Hellmann

Tom Hellmann, CPRE, serves as the Recreation & Community Services Manager for the City of Folsom since February 2018, overseeing various community facilities and citywide events. Prior to this role, Hellmann held positions including Community & Cultural Services Manager with a focus on youth and senior services. Additionally, Hellmann is a Board Trustee for the California Foundation for Parks & Recreation and served as President of the California Park & Recreation Society from 2021. With extensive experience in community recreation, Hellmann previously managed programs and facilities in several organizations, starting as a Pool Manager and Swim Coach. Hellmann earned a B.S. in Recreation Administration from California State University-Sacramento.
