Courtney Bithell

Courtney Bithell began their work experience in 2010 as a Lifeguard/Water Safety Instructor/Water polo Coach for the City of Fontana. Courtney then transitioned to the role of Assistant Pool Manager, where they assisted in various tasks related to the operation and maintenance of a public swimming pool. In 2015, Courtney joined Omnitrans Public Transit as an HR Employee Relations Intern, where they gained experience in employee relations.

Courtney Bithell obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they attended from 2013 to 2017.
