Logan Aguilar has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Starting in 2009, they worked at the Office of Housing and Residential Life as a Hall Coordinator and Resident Assistant until 2013. Following this, Logan worked at the Student Recreation and Fitness Center Outdoors Sector as an Outdoor Planner, Leader, and Logistics staff member from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Youth Leadership Camps Canada as a Retreat Manager and Leadership Program Facilitator for a year. In 2014, Logan transitioned to Sports Authority, where they served as a Lead Technician and Sales Authority until 2015. Most recently, Logan worked at the City of Fontana as a Fontana School Community Educator Level II, starting in 2015.

Logan Aguilar obtained a Bachelor's Degree from California State University-San Bernardino in the field of Environmental Studies, Geography, and Geology. This degree was earned between 2008 and 2013. Additionally, Logan earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Redlands, specializing in Business Administration and Management, between 2014 and 2016.
