Andrea Richardson has extensive experience in the fields of real estate and property management, currently serving as the Parks & Recreation Department Secretary for the City of Fort Dodge since February 2015. In this role, Andrea maintains the operations of parks and recreational facilities, including Rosedale Rapids Aquatic Center and Harlan Rogers Sports Complex. Andrea has been a Realtor for Fort Dodge Realty since January 2015 and also contributes as a Property Management Consultant for Action Realty, where involvement began in October 2006. An educational background includes an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Iowa Central Community College and a high school diploma from Storm Lake St. Mary's High School.
