Matt Bemrich has been actively serving as the Mayor of Fort Dodge since January 2006, focusing on enhancing the quality of life for residents and fostering business growth. Prior experience includes serving as a City Councilman at Large, contributing to the inaugural council under the City Manager form of Government. Additionally, Matt has been with Bemrich Electric & Data Communications since 1997, where responsibilities include project management, estimating, and construction consulting, with a specialization in commercial and industrial projects and preventive maintenance. Matt attended Iowa Central Community College from 1992 to 1994.
