Cwpc Rebecca Little

Rebecca Little, CWPC, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Benefits Manager for the City of Fort Myers since September 2018. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Benefits Administrator at Jayco, Inc. from March 2017 to September 2018 and worked as an HR & Benefits Coordinator at THOR Industries, Inc. from December 2013 to March 2017. Initial experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Heartland RV in 2013, focusing on auditing employee files and open enrollment. Rebecca's career began in the accounting department at Buckeye Ready-Mix, where responsibilities included billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and payroll from October 1999 to November 2008. Rebecca holds two Bachelor's degrees from Indiana University South Bend, one in Human Resources Management and the other in Health Care Administration.
