Dean McCartney

Dean McCartney is currently the Manager of Development Planning at the City of Fort Saskatchewan, a role Dean has held since April 2016. Prior to this, Dean was the Manager of Municipal Planning Services at the Town of Beaumont for nine years. Dean started their career as a Planning Technologist at Stantec Consulting before moving on to Focus Corporation Ltd in the same role. Dean holds a Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from NAIT and has completed various certificates in leadership and supervision from Grant MacEwan University and the University of Alberta.
