Tanya Kuda Chiwara

Tanya Kuda Chiwara is an Energy Engineering and Sustainability Technician at the City of Fort Wayne since May 2021, collaborating with the Program Manager and Chief Sustainability Officer to enhance energy efficiency and reporting metrics. Previous experience includes roles at Indiana Institute of Technology as a Program Team Member, Resident Assistant, and Admissions Assistant, further showcasing skills in event planning, community building, and data management. Tanya has also completed engineering internships at Veregy and the Wayne Township Trustee Office, focusing on solar panel installations. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology with a minor in Energy Engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from INTI.
