Christina Brooks

Christina Brooks, MNA, ECMCA, has extensive experience in leadership roles focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as the Director for the City of Fort Worth since December 2019, Christina previously held the position of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer for the City of South Bend from May 2016 to December 2019, where responsibilities included developing inclusive policies and programs across multiple city departments. Prior experience includes program management in staff diversity recruiting at the University of Notre Dame, as well as directly contributing to college readiness initiatives as the Director for Promise Educational Consulting. Christina holds a Master's Degree in Non-Profit Administration from the University of Notre Dame, a Master in Compliance Administration from Morgan State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and History from Indiana University South Bend.
