Dianna Giordano, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Assistant City Manager and Human Resources Director for the City of Fort Worth, focusing on HR partnerships and talent management. Prior experience includes leading Human Resources and Risk Management at the City of Aurora, managing corporate staffing at Travis County, overseeing HR functions at Austin Energy, and directing quality assurance at the City of Austin. Giordano possesses extensive experience in HR administration, employee training, and policy development across various public sector organizations and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources Management from St. Edward's University.
