Loraine Coleman

Loraine Coleman has extensive experience in administrative services and budget management, currently serving as the Administrative Services Manager for the Police Department at the City of Fort Worth since February 2007. Loraine has held various titles within the City of Fort Worth, including Budget Manager, Senior Budget Analyst, Management Analyst II, Management Analyst, and Senior Administrative Assistant for the Fire Department. Prior to this role, Loraine worked as an Administrative Analyst at CGI from 2004 to 2007 and as a Human Resource Representative at XTO Energy Inc. from 1998 to 2004.
