Valerie Washington

Valerie Washington is an experienced public sector leader currently serving as Assistant City Manager for the City of Fort Worth since September 2015. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Director and CFO at the Department of Public Safety in Indianapolis/Marion County from May 2012 to August 2015, and Deputy Director for the City of Indianapolis Office of Audit & Performance from June 2010 to May 2012. Valerie also held the position of CFO for the City of Indianapolis from July 2008 to May 2010 and served as Assistant Director of Finance for the Marion Superior Court from February 2006 to June 2008. Valerie is an alumna of Manchester University.
